Hi, KDE Okular PDF viewer suffers from buggy poppler [1] leading to skipped non-ASCII letters in PDF annotations [2]. This bug exist almost for a decade, has many duplicates, and seems not be to trivial. Although is not so critical, however it is highly annoying while using KDE (and openSUSE) as software in office affairs. Could we consolidate / prioritize our efforts to fix this bug or to hire some one to work with it? It would be nice if openSUSE or even SUSE could take responsibility while finding a solution.
