system++ window decoration missing in KDE 3.2

Hello, in my new KDE 3.2 on a SuSE 8.2 I lost a lot of settings. What I am still missing after reconfiguring is the window decoration "System++". In which package is that decoration hidden? Thanks for your hints Stefan
