Last week I branched the KDE:Unstable packages into my ~ prj for submitting the RC. Frameworks are pretty much done, Plasma is not complete yet. Once everything builds successfully and is installable, I'll submit it to the devel prj and from there to TW.

To actually get into TW, there are quite a few open audit bugs with the security team though, which have to be addressed one way (upstream) or the other (functionality disabled at least temporarily).
