Indeed, since KDE 4.9 is not part of 12.2. So trying out 4.9 with 12.2 is of little or none value to the standard 12.2 release. KRxy was always meant to be a repo for released openSUSE and released upstream KDE. So 12.2 does not fall into that category yet, factory neither. The only reason I can imagine why factory is part of KR49 is that KDF is still occupied by 4.8.5.
