It looks like a lot of x86-64 packages are missing, causing zypper to
either try to downgrade the packages or change their architecture.

I see lots of expansion errors for x86-64:
nothing provides kdebase4-runtime < 4.1.60 needed by kdebase4-workspace, nothing provides kdebase4-runtime < 4.1.60 needed by kde4-kwin
What'S broken here?
