Hallo Liste Habe jetzt schon seit Tagen versucht diesen Stecker in die Leiste unten rechts rein zu bekommen. Leider schreibt er immer noch Verbindung zum lokalen Server ist gesperrt und ich hätte keine Berechigung zum starten. Ein rcsmpppd restart macht das ganze wieder flott, und ich kann ins Internet. Aber warum geht das nicht schon beim Start??? Hoffe auf baldige Hilfe mfg M. Übrigens ist dies gleichzeitig ein Versuch ob ich KMAIL richtig eingestellt habe, da ich mich immer darüber ärgere wenn die Mails nicht in den richtigen Ordner landen sondern im Posteingang.versuch2

Einfach mit dem YaST2 Runlevel Editor oder mit insserv den smpppd aktivieren. Am Samstag habe ich an die Liste und an K.K. von SUSE dasd ls -a /etc/inid.d/ geschickt. Aber daraus kann ich nicht ablesen was da falsch wäre, habe später noch kisdnwatch von AVM installiert (RPM). ES gab aber leider keine Veränderung in der /etc/inid.d/. So kann ich wohl da auch nichts umschreiben auf Kinternet. War halt ein Versuch, dachte ich mir wo kisdnwatch sich versteckt hält weiß ich leider nicht, aber das Bildchen sieht man in der unteren Ecke. Nur Kinternet geht bei Neustart nicht in diese Ecke rein.
Nun hoffe ich das nicht nur Arvin Schnell und Manfred Tremmel mir mit Rat zur Seite stehen, sondern auch alle anderen. Wenn einer nach einem Mail- Programm fragt oder nachfragt wie man T U X in Google.de eintippt kommen doch auch viele Antwort- Mails. mfg M.

1. Trag ihn mal nur in 5 ein, eventuell wird er zu früh gestartet. 2. Nimm ihn mal ganz raus (ISDN sollte Ihn auch starten).

Läuft er auch nach dem Booten "rcsmpppd status"? Was sagt den "id" wenn du dich angemeldet hast?

Keine Ahnung warum, aber vielleicht wird der smpppd bei dir zum falschen Zeitpunkt oder mit Fehlermeldungen gestartet. Poste mal deine /var/log/boot.msg

Hä? Geht es um den smpppd oder kinternet? Kinternet startet nichmehr automatisch wenn du einmal kinternet beendet und die Frage nach dem automatischen Start mit nein beantwortet hast. Einfach nochmal beenden und mit ja antworten.

Leider schreibt er immer noch Verbindung zum lokalen Server ist gesperrt und ich hätte keine Berechigung zum starten. Ein rcsmpppd restart macht das ganze wieder flott, und ich kann ins Internet.
