Sooo, dank der Hinweise von Karsten hab ichs gefunden:
Es lag wohl schlicht an einem Kabel-Problem.
Die Karte hin anfangs an einer Y-Weiche und so am NTBA.
Jetzt hab ich eine direkte Verbindung FritzCard -> NTBA gesteckt und
alles geht wieder.
Das ist zwar etwas magic, weil es ja auch vorher mit der Y-Weiche ging,
aber immerhin es GEHT WIEDER.
