[opensuse-haskell] New ghc-rpm-macros

Hi all, I now preparing new GHC rpm macros. Reason for this change is sync with upstream fedora macros. Unfortunately one of main changes is in 'ghc_lib_subpackage'. Which is used in ghc.spec. So I prepared also fixed specfile + added two small patches from debian to get more stable ABI :) Now I build test packages in my home project "home:mimi_vx:ghc-rpm". After successful build I pland send SR to d:l:h:lts:8 and to d:l:h.
