The announced rebuild of several packages based on Qt 5.7 will hopefully solve this (?).

Just curious, but why would some of these packages not be rebuilt automatically, and how would one make a package be rebuilt upon an update to Qt? I thought that OBS would rebuild a package if one of its dependencies changed.

You are right. OBS should indeed rebuild everything automatically. Unless there's something wrong with the build dependencies, or the build fails for some reason (but for packages on the DVD this should actually delay the publishing of a new snapshot AFAIK). In this case it was just an assumption that those packages would need a rebuild though AIUI. The actual problem was a bug in QtWebEngine, and we released an update to fix it.
