I don't expect any conflict with other packages, so I don't think it's too late. What bothers me more actually: lxde seems to be dead (no updates for months), so I don't want it on DVD media any longer.
The question is if we replace it with razor-qt as "latest hype desktop" as someone put it. To me it really fills a need for people that do not want the full experience KDE has to offer at the moment, but like the look of Qt apps.
Just an idea - pretty much off topic :)

So, ok for putting it on dvd but think twice if you want to put razor on desktop selection during installation.
