Same in Germoney: The first type is integrated DSL Modem/Router boxes which are in fact small busybox linux systems. They come with a web interface and do PPPoE on their own, transparent to the attached pc. Second are modem-only devices which don't do PPPoE by themselves but require a client router / client pc to handle the PPPoE stuff directly. The latter are becoming out of fashion but they still exist. -- Ralf Lang Linux Consultant / Developer B1 Systems GmbH Osterfeldstraße 7 / 85088 Vohburg / http://www.b1-systems.de GF: Ralph Dehner / Unternehmenssitz: Vohburg / AG: Ingolstadt,HRB 3537 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
