As you can see, it's a bit more complicated and even YaST developers aren't sometimes sure about the correct solution :) ;)
so it will be possible to document this on the wiki. If I correctly understand, the expected action is always on the left? I find this a bit curious, but may be it's only me :-(
As I've written before, we plan to have a wiki-based "YaST Dialog Style Guide" but for now (openSUSE 10.2 Beta/RC1 phase) we don't have enough time to start it. If I think about it ... yes ... it seems that the expected action is on the left. But, even if the expected action was [ No ] (cannot imagine the situation now) in the [ Yes ] [ No ] popup, [ Yes ] would be still on the left side. Of course, we have such style guide but it's a bit obsolete and has about (maybe I'm wrong) about 400 pages (with images). It takes weeks to go through it and select the important parts to be written into the wiki. It also needs the general idea (structure) at fist, that also takes some time to design it well. L.
