Not in TW, AFAICS.
This is system generator, while the primary discussion revolved around user cron. Nobody argues that translating crontab into systemd timer unit is straightforward - but replacing single cron process with large number of per-user systemd instances does not look appealing to many.
Can it start user jobs for users that haven't logged in?
