In order to make this process slightly easier and more formal during las weeks board discussion the board decided to the mailing list opensuse-bugshare@opensuse.org where community members can send an email then a volunteer SUSE employee can read the bug report then either open it or provide a summary.
Is there supposed to be any feedback after the complaint is submitted? Or will I have to monitor all bugs I complained about to see if they are eventually opened?
I do not even think it is possible to "make a bug open". At least I can't uncheck the according check box for closed bugs :( The best *I* could do is either copy-paste relevant content to an email or clone the bug to an "open" product, e.g. openSUSE Tumbleweed -- You can "reopen" a bug, if you are not happy with the result like "won't fixed". So you don't have to create a new bug /clone the bug then.
Language issue. We are talking of opening as in disclosing private bugs. Bugs that can not be read except by a few. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
