No, we don't. We try to translate some files (I don't know what they are, really) that contain application descriptions and that end generating the system menus. I think they come from many sources, and they come hugely untranslated. We try to translate them, I guess, because of the impact on users. See how you noticed and complained ;-) But it is a lost job. I translated, with a small but enthusiastic number of contributors, the first round of such files, the first time we did the Spanish translation. After perhaps two rounds, I refused to translate it again, seeing that on next round several thousands of the strings we had translated were lost. Actually, KDE has a very good team of translators.
