What you might want to try is <font size="7">. :-p <font size="72"> wasn't valid even before <font> was deprecated: http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/present/graphics.html#edef-FONT I'm not sure if all current browsers will actually apply it, but I'm sure most if not all will disregard <blink>.
