As long as Packman provide the package I'm leaning towards pushing users in that direction. Since they'll have that repo anyway, and there won't be confusion about people having 'flash-plugin' from Adobe vs. 'flash- player' from Packman.
Will they? Don't extrapolate from your use-cases to others... I don't run PM on any of my systems for example.. PM is repo like any others with, imho, not more priority than what others offer.
And honoring the work done by Adobe by promoting their own repo is not wrong neither.
Ok. I added the repo to the yast community repos list for Leap 42.1 and Tumbleweed. We'll see what happens. The Packman 64-bit package is broken currently anyway (wants to install a whole bunch of 32-bit libs). For Tumbleweed I had to add two separate repos of course. But I have tried to make it clear in the text which repo to use for which arch. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
