no problem really; i just un-install it as soon as it tries to block something i need (which happens soon after every fresh install of oS).
Please open a bugreport! Attach /var/log/audit/audit.log and I'm sure your problem will be solved (for you and all other users). You can CC me (I'm "suse-beta [at] cboltz DOT de" in bugzilla) in these cases - that might speed up things a bit. And always keep Pascal's wise words (see .signature) in mind! ;-)
(This note is aimed at all people that uninstall AppArmor if it blocks something, not only at you.)
not running a server here and being pretty aware of what's going through my "broadband" connection (512 kB/s) because there is so little of it, i don't see the need for apparmor. there isn't much *nix specific malware in the wild, so i don't really know why it's needed at all,
Because some additional security can never hurt. Even if AppArmor can "only" prevent/block a single attack against your system, it was useful for you ;-)
