FYI, I've put glibc 2.15 in Base:System and will push in a couple of
days to Factory if I don't see any problems.
I'm appending the announcement, there's nothing in it that should break
stuff so please speak up if you notice something!
Dirk, could you check what needs to be done for Arm, please?
