A similar better solution to the problem you describe here is a yast filter that lists all the packages that are recommended for your system but not installed then you could search that list for *-lang and get
...and miss MozillaFirefox-translations-common. Besides, I know really noone who is using yast2 to install software (maybe by accident when you call a yast module that decides that something needs to be installed and then uses yast2-packager to install it). I'm more of an enterprise linux guy though, and people here do not like the surprises that the omission of "solver.onlyRequires = true" brings. With tumbleweed on my home machine, the daily size increase of installing recommends is just not desired by most. The few people I know who install recommends, also do regular re-installs of their machines. I just reinstall when moving to a new hardware architecture, which happens only maybe once per decade, if at all. -- Stefan Seyfried "For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for nature cannot be fooled." -- Richard Feynman -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
