[opensuse-conference] Add the Spanish language at Confernce's web page

Hello Geekos, In openSUSE Summit's web page the Spanish translation is available (http://summit.opensuse.org/es/) My idea was to translate the openSUSE's Conference web page in Spanish as well. So i would like begin with this and also asking for participation in the spanish mailing list as well. In order to make the translation i need access to the github repository.
