You can use the

PublishFilter: *src.rpm

It's documented to take a regexp, so that should be:

PublishFilter: \.src\.rpm$

yes, that is a more exact regexp then mine (sorry, wrote out of my head)

well,

PublishFilter: src\.rpm$

would also catch possible nosrc.rpm packages
