[opensuse-buildservice] OBS binary server currently down

JFYI, our build service backend server, which hosts all binaries is currently down due to a failure in the NAS system. fscheck is running and the binary server will hopefully run again in about 30minutes again. However, the schedulers will need to do a cold start, this means they will not schedule new jobs in the next ~ 4 hours. Source submissions are not affected by this. Hi We've some unexpected filesystem errors in the logfiles. So the host is down and doing an fs-check right now. If everything is ok, it should be back again in ~1 hour - if not (please pray with me that this doesn't happen) I'll inform you about the expected new downtime. This adds support for --preload (=loading packages into the cache) and --offline (=using only cached packages + buildinfo) for chroot setup to osc build. Hi all! Ever wanted to work offline e.g. in train on a package ? So after being encased hours in such a vehicle, here it is ... The attached patch for review and improvement adds this functionality: osc build --preload standard i586 pkg.spec will cache all dependencies and also the build config. To build offline, then use osc build --offline standard i586 pkg.spec Also -o / -l as shortcuts. Have phun! Jan-Simon

[opensuse-buildservice] Problem building on 'SLES 10 i586'

Hello, I have a couple of packages in my home project, that never get built for SLES 10 i586.
