[Bug 985544] New: vmhgfs-fuse - Unable to unmount?
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=985544 Bug ID: 985544 Summary: vmhgfs-fuse - Unable to unmount? Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: Leap 42.1 Hardware: Other OS: openSUSE 42.1 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Virtualization:Tools Assignee: virt-bugs@suse.de Reporter: tonysu@su-networking.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- As might be expected, this is kernel-specific(4.x) and not distro-specific. Is possibly missing feature of the VMware hgfs-fuse implementation, or might simply be incomplete help documentation. There doesn't seem to be a way to manually unmount the mounted share. There is a mount option to auto-unmount "on process termination" whatever that is supposed to mean (explanation needed? maybe when mount is embedded within a long running script?) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
