Then this ususally helps: # echo -n "0000:00:14.0" | tee /sys/bus/pci/drivers/xhci_hcd/unbind && sleep 2 && echo -n "0000:00:14.0" | tee /sys/bus/pci/drivers/xhci_hcd/bind" Then bluetooth works again till the next usb reset. I have been running with the usbcore.autosuspend=-1 option to the kernel for a couple of days now without issues. This used to happen to me at least 4-5 times per day so things have definitely improved for me.
