If it is absolutly necessary i will do it for you. The other system, my laptop has no serial console. These segfaults happen relatively reproducable in SMP mode. After a maximum of some hours the system is totally unusable because of failed services. When starting the same system with kernel option "nosmp" I can run it at least for several days without real problems. In this case spontanious segfaults happen once in two days or so - at least segfaults I notice. Usually the base system is unaffected by these. So at least on my system I can have a kind of limited service when running "nosmp".
