PCI card. There are some error messages I get when I try to test the sound: 1. Clicking the volume applet in the GNOME panel gets this message: "No volume control GStreamer plugins and/or devices found." 2. SLAB->Control Center->r->GStreamer Profile "test" gets this message: "Autodetect: Could not open resource for writing." 3. SLAB->Control Center->Sound "test" gets this message: "audiotestsrc wave=sine freq=512 ! audioconvert ! audioresample ! gconfaudiosink: Could not open resource for writing." The sound card is configured under YaST as soundcard 0. There is an onboard soundcard for my ASUS A8V motherboard, but I have it disabled in the BIOS (it is unconfigured in YaST). I have all the available GStreamer plugins installed. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
