https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=402864 Summary: Touchpad Stops Working Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Final Platform: i586 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: faizanqazi@gmail.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- This is easily reproducible by removing touchpad settings from /desktop/gnome/peripherals/touchpad by unsetting the keys. Then logging in once and running gsynaptics and logging in again a second time. On the second login the touchpad stops working. gsynaptics does not write the settings for acceleration and sensitivity on the first run causing them to be seen as zero on the second login causing the mouse to stop moving. Something similar happened to me without these steps but when it happened the first time it acted the same way. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
