The logs show thow you simply didn't assign a mount point for the
swap logical volume. See the proposal:
Boot-Partition /dev/sda1 (86.29 MB) mit ext4 erstellen
Erweiterte Partition /dev/sda2 (76.60 GB) erstellen
Partition /dev/sda5 (76.59 GB) mit id=8E erstellen
Volume-Gruppe system aus /dev/sda5 erstellen
Verschlüsseltes logisches Volume /dev/system/sys-home (40.00 GB) für /home
mit ext4 erstellen
Logisches Volume /dev/system/sys-root (20.00 GB) für / mit ext4 erstellen
Logisches Volume /dev/system/sys-swap (2.00 GB) erstellen
The last entry doesn't mention a mount point.
The target-map holding all partitioning info shows the same. It's also
consistent with the observation that /etc/crypttab includes an entry
for sys-swap while /etc/fstab does not.
