Comment 39: Yes, it makes sense for 13.1 and 13.2 as well. The package was
intended and up to date for 12.3.
I actually did it for 13.2, but it was my mistake that I did not realize that
it was not accepted: https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/247584
Actually, there is yet another undetected problem that could be experienced:
translation-update has a variable set of sub-packages. If no translation update
is available for a particular language, the subpackage disappears. It means,
that the old package remains installed, and could potentially break
translations forever.
=> There must be a collector of no more existing packages, and a package that
obsoletes all of them.
