In the error_log I see: ---snip--- [error] Can't locate /srv/www/w3c-markup-validator/httpd/mod_perl/startup.pl in @INC ---pins--- There is no directory /srv/www/w3c-markup-validator/httpd/. The only startup.pl I find via locate is /etc/apache2/mod_perl-startup.pl. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. install w3c-markup-validator from Publishing repo 2. restart apache (rcapache2 restart) 3. look at /var/log/apache2/error_log Actual Results: Apache2 does not start because a file mentioned in /etc/apache2/conf.d/w3c-markup-validator.conf (line 41 reads "PerlPostConfigRequire /srv/www/w3c-markup-validator/httpd/mod_perl/startup.pl") is not found Expected Results: The software should require a file that really exists.
