it seems the externally attached sata drives are there, again. chekcing,
they're also available in yast partitioner.
i've attached the output of:
dmesg | egrep -i "^raid|^scsi|^ata|^md|^sd|^pata|^sata"
note that this boot was *without* the previously required kernel opts:
iommu=force irqpoll
also, i'm not sure what the "doesn't contain a valid partition table" messages
are about ...
of course, no option to test -xen, yet, with this kernel. one thing at a time
...
