Hi!
I've checked and we haven't built the windows version for a while. The exe file
is actually outdated.
This tool does not work for Windows 7 nor Windows 8.
My advice is that, for Windows, use
http://www.osforensics.com/tools/write-usb-images.html
as adviced in the wiki page... unless you are so kind to send us a Pull Request
;-) .
