Additional info - If the user is faced with no USB Mouse availability the
following keyboard combinations will assist - These combination are left over
from Window 3.n and most still apply in Linux KDE Window Manager
1. Access Main Menu SHFT+F1
2. Close Active Window CTRL + F4
3. TAB/SHFT+TAB moves between fields - Watch Very Ery carefully which option
field gets subtle selection.
4. ALT + Underlined Menu Option Letter will activate either a Menu or Selection
that pas an underlined letter.
5. The space bar will select and deselect an option within the same field box.
6. Cursor control will access any drop down list.
7. SHFT + Right Cursor will highlight/select text
8. CTRL + Home move insertion Pointer to top of current page
9. CTRL + End moves to bottom of text or page
10 SHFT + Home will highlight/select all text from current position to TOP of
page
11. SHFT + End will highlight/select all text from current position to TOP of
page
12. CTRL + Home + Home will move insertion pointer to top of document.
13. CTRL + End + End will move insertion pointer to top of document.
14 CTRL + Home + Home +Home will move insertion point to top of document where
the document contains the equivalent of a section break.
15 CTRL + End + End +End will move insertion point to bottom of document where
the document contains the equivalent of a section break.
16. CRTL + ESC should move between open windows that are minimised
17 ALT + ESC should move between active and non active Windows.
Note 15-16 Vary a lot between ALT and CTRL as some displays use CUA and other
use Netware 2.15c > methodology at times both ALT + TAB provide the same
movements between active and non active Windows. There are really no standards
between ALT + ESC and CTRL + ESC and ALT + TAB you just need to try them all.
