Ant has a minimal subset of dependencies, which allows a proper build of it.
Adding xalan-j2 to Requires is not possible, because it will bring a cicular
dependency as xalan-j2 needs ant, which needs xalan-j2, which needs ...
The /etc/ant.d/serializer was be added to xalan-j2 package, so after xalan-j2
installation, <xslt> task (which is provided by xalan-j2) will works.
Submitted xalan-j2 into Factory.
