I have found this bluetooth disabled problem in openSuse 12.3 Beta 1 in KDE.
I have tried:
systemctl enable bluetooth.service
systemctl start bluetooth.service
and it resolves this issue until next reboot
in Yast - System log I have found this maybe problems:
bluetoothd[500]: Parsing /etc/bluetooth/input.conf failed: No such file or
directory
bluetoothd[500]: Parsing /etc/bluetooth/audio.conf failed: No such file or
directory
bluetoothd[500]: Parsing /etc/bluetooth/serial.conf failed: No such file or
directory
but there are many other lines with word bluetooth where services are
successfully activated
If I could test something else, I am ready to help.
thnx
