I lock it and some dependencies (libqwt5), but only the Packman versions. Now when executing "zypper in qwt-designer" zypper proposes to install qwt-designer from Packman but libqwt5 from openSUSE. If instead I use "zypper in qwt-designer libqwt5" now it proposes to install both packages from Packman.
