Alright. So, there might be a yast2-gtk package in Build Services or
something... I don't really know that, and it shouldn't be much trouble to
compile from source, so:
Make sure you have these installed:
yast2-devtools yast2-core-devel libzypp-devel gettext-devel
And the basics:
gcc g++ autoconf automake gtk2-devel
Since yast-gtk isn't working that well, you can use ncurses:
zast (as root)
Or yast-qt, if it is installed:
/usr/lib/YaST2/bin/y2base sw_single qt (as root)
Then:
svn checkout http://svn.opensuse.org/svn/yast/trunk/gtk/ yast-gtk
cd yast-gtk
make -f Makefile.cvs
make && sudo make install
You can also disable yast-gtk in favor of yast-qt by editing
/etc/sysconfig/yast2 (the file is self-documented).
