I found out, that the disc was automounted (bug) -- I didn't use any automounting in 10.2) and this done with data loss (another bug). Thus severity = critical, just imagine if someone would believe that what she/he sees is the real content! Not 100% reproduceable though -- automount kicks in randomly, and disappears with no reason.
