so I am to stupid to configure this piece of software. (I did it with SLES
before and this was running with this config)
you did the mkdir UUID by hand and thats why it worked for you
when I do for example
ocfs2_hb_ctl -I -d /dev/evms/cls1/data
-- it gives me the UUID of the device with 0 refs -- OK
but
ocfs2_hb_ctl -S -d /dev/evms/cls1/data
-- says ocfs2_hb_ctl: Unable to access cluster services while starting
heartbeat
and this is the reason why the mount also does not work.
Normally this would create UUID directory in
/sys/kernel/config/cluster/ocfs2/heartbeat automaticly, it must not be done by
hand.
I dont know which special trick has to be used here compared with SLES.
