Using kpdf, I choose print, printer bw_2_1_i05, and properties page size A3. The preview shows me a page with large white margins. When printed I get A A4 size print centered on an A3 paper. Using kghostview, I do exactly the same, choose print, printer bw_2_1_i05, and properties page size A3. The preview shows no extra margins. When printed, I get an enlarged printout nicely fitting on the A3 paper. Both kpdf and kghostview use identical kprinter dialogs.
