When I add a new shortcut in 'Keyboard Shortcuts', it appears nothing. I have to re-open it before my new shortcut would exist. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open 'Keyboard Shortcuts'. 2. Try to add a new shortcut(s). 3. Did you see anything? Actual Results: For me, the shortcut list didn't refresh. So I have to re-open it.
