[Bug 941883] LIRC version is missing irman module and is really old

you can either change your distro to factory or add repository vdr/lirc to your system (once it is contains libirman and updated lirc)

As for maint update I will create one if lirc is almost useless in 13.2 I'll do that when it's ready. Thank you. I went ahead and made my own version in the meantime (I was interested in using OBS anyways).
