Ok, I did some tests now.
I'm using the forum of Heise for the test. I.e.
http://www.heise.de/newsticker/foren/go.shtml?list=1&forum_id=125067
If I click on one of the articles, and go back to the overview (keyboard:
<alt><left cursor>), the links are underlined (broken) or not (good behavior).
So I...
..uninstalled wwwoffle of 10.3 and installed wwwoffle of 10.2:
css are not used (= broken)
..reinstalled wwwoffle of 10.3. Uninstalled seamonkey of 10.3 and installed
seamonkey of 10.2: css are used (= good)
--> seamonkey seems to be the cause of the issue.
..run seamonkey of 10.3 without proxy: css are used (good)
--> only with enabled proxy seamonkey seems to have this issue.
My proxy settings in seamonkey are:
[x] "Automatic proxy configuration URL" enabled
and value is: http://localhost:8080/wwwoffle.pac
and the reason for wwwoffle is to disable/reduce the advertising.
For more information how to reduce ads, look out for DontGet examples at the
webpage of wwwoffle: http://www.gedanken.demon.co.uk/wwwoffle/
