TYPE="ntfs" PARTUUID="...-01" : /dev/sdb2: UUID="..." TYPE="ext4" PTTYPE="dos" PARTUUID="...-02" : /boot /dev/mapper/cr_ata-...-part1: UUID="..." TYPE="LVM2_member" : /dev/mapper/P-1: UUID="..." TYPE="ext4" : /dev/mapper/P-2: UUID="..." TYPE="ext4" : / (root partition) /dev/mapper/P-3: UUID="..." TYPE="ext4" : /dev/mapper/P-4: UUID="..." TYPE="ext4" : /dev/mapper/P-5: UUID="..." TYPE="ext4" : initrd "points" to /dev/sdb2 (the boot partition) instead to /dev/mapper/P-2 I faced this problem when updated the packet kernel-default with version 4.1.15-8.1 in date 29-Jan-2016.
