The answer :
qt scaling supplies only integer scaling and worst this will not be fixed. Thus
if kde wants fractional scaling has it to implement itself this feature?
Another horrible thing: today each app must be compliant with scaling. I don't
understand this choice. Why not some sort of display server capturing all
display request and scaling the item to display or some sort of filter scaling
before displaying ?
And what about non kde apps?
I expect many years before to get a true scaling feature. It is disappointing.
It's a necessary feature. Comparing to Windows for same monitor openSUSE by
default chooses a too small scaling for icon and text(everywhere)
