OK, that's better than before.
There are a few possibilities:
(1) One of device drivers blocks during the device power-off phase.
(2) The non-boot CPUs cannot be shut down.
(3) The system refuses to enter the S4 state.
Does it power off if you boot the kernel with maxcpus=1 ?
Does the normal power of (ie. during system shutdown) work?
Does it power off if you do "echo 0 > /sys/power/pm_async" before hibernation?
