Your "image scanner" attachment #463770
shows the usual wrong printout with clipped content
when landscape versus portrait is somehow mixed up.
This kind of issue is well known but unfortonately
the root cause is obscure.
Usually this issue is introduced by the application program
which produces the original printing output.
Usually this issue happens when the application program
procudes printing output which content is already correctly
rotated so that the content fits into the "portrait" imageable
area of the printer (i.e. content which is initially "landscape"
is already rotated 90 degees by the application program so that
the rotated content is now actually "portrait"). But when then
the application program provides meta-information in its
printing output (e.g. DSC comments for PostScript) that
it is "landscape", the printing system may again rotate
the actually "portrait"-content by 90 degees which results
in the end that the content becomes again actually "landscape"
so that it does no longer fit into the "portrait" imageable area
of the printer and the final printout result is clipped content.
Regarding clipped content when printing "landscape" with Okular
see bug #686195 which is a duplicate of bug #625122 which
is not yet fixed.
Regarding clipped content when printing "landscape" with
LibreOffice I don't know. Perhaps you should file a new bug
report regarding LibreOffice for this issue.
By the way:
Does it work for you to print the PDF from the Adobe Reader?
