Here, the problem is that the file /etc/sysconfig/bootloader cannot be read. Because of this, the bootloader type cannot be found out and is just set to a default value. We need to find out the type of the installed bootloader, otherwise yast2-bootloader and perl-Bootloader cannot communicate. Checking why this went wrong here.
