https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=447082 Summary: NetworkManager not enabled with default install Product: openSUSE 11.1 Version: Beta 5 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Network AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: jkotze@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- Just did a clean install of openSUSE 11.1 beta5 (i586) with Gnome on a Dell optiplex GX620 and network manager was not activated by default. It gets activated by default in openSUSE 11.0 on the same machine. If I go to Yast, Network Devices, Network Settings and enable NetworkManager it works fine. I think most users will expect NetworkManager to be activated by default as in previous versions of openSUSE. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
